On 21st November, we lost our President of Shatan Ashram, Ma Bandana. In her honour, there is a bhandara organized on 3rd Dec, 2020. We deeply miss her presence and pray for her soul being in best divine love and light.
Shatan Ashram organized Durga Puja like every year. New sarees were given out to the tribal people and there was kumari puja also done.
Its been 44 years since Sri Sri Jagadish Baba has left the mortal plane. On his birthday this 15th Sep 2020, a new marble statue was established in Shatan Ashram by Swami Atmananda Puri. There was also food distributed to the needy and a hawana performed.
In our RGS Gurukulam blog, we already informed you that Shatan Ashram had already sent ‘mitti’ for Ram Mandir establishment in Ayodhya. GuruPurnima was celebrated in Shatan Ashram with devotion and worship offered to Sri Sri Jagadish Baba and Ma Satyabati Devi. With the puja the new RGS Gurukulam building was also inaugurated.
